Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal from the contract
(1) The customer has the right to revoke this contract within seven days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is seven days from the day the contract is concluded.
(2) In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email).
refund policy
(1) Regardless of the right to withdraw from the contract, we offer a 14-day right of return. The customer can return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in the original packaging.
(2) The customer bears the costs for the return.
