General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts concluded between the seller and the customer via the online shop of (czilli.at).
- contractual partner
The purchase contract is concluded with (full name, address, company registration number of the company).
- conclusion of the contract
By placing the product in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for this product. The contract is concluded as soon as the customer orders the goods and the order is confirmed.
- withdrawal from the contract
(1) The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within seven days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be seven days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
(2) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
- right of return
(1) Regardless of the right of withdrawal from the contract, we offer a 14-day right of return. The customer can return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
(2) The costs for return shipment shall be borne by the customer.
- Prices, Customs and Shipping Costs
(1) The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
(2) In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to the customer on the offer pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
(3) Any customs duties that may be incurred are not included in the price and are to be borne by the customer.

The provisions of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act apply.
- final provisions
Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, this shall not affect the remainder of the contract.
